A. Real PPE is made up of a group of Doctors. The company was founded to provide our health care workers, business owners and every day regular people with the protection they need and to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

A. We have offices in both Los Angeles and Atlanta and sales reps across the globe.

A. All packages are put under UV lights prior to shipping and handled with gloves.

A. Let us know what the item is and we will make our best effort to get it.

A. Due to high volume, orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours of your order being placed.

A. US takes 2 - 3 days via USPS Priority and 3 - 5 days via standard mail. International 2 - 3 days via UPS.  You can use your tracking number to track the progress of your package.  Please keep in mind that due to Covid-19, there may be delays out of our control.

A. Yes.  Contact us and let us know what you need as far as shipping.

A. Yes, as long as it has not shipped.

A. Due to Covid-19, we will only accept returns on orders that are defective or damaged for a replacement.  In the event, we do not have a replacement, a refund will be issued.

A. Yes. Any product received damaged or defective is eligible for a replacement.

A. Contact your sales rep and we will take care of it.

A. A replacement package will be sent to you unless you selected standard mail.

A. Yes we do via UPS. Orders may have a duty tax when your package is delivered.  Please keep in mind that due to Covid-19, there may be delays in the shipment of your order.
